Insurance

We do accept insurance if your medical insurance provides reimbursement for acupuncture. However, you need to pay at least three treatments before we accept your insurance because we do not have a professional who takes care of billing in our office (We only have the commissioned professional). The three treatment fees can be used as your co-pay once you find out your insurance company will pay your acupuncture treatments.

You will also need to call your own insurance company to find out if your company does cover acupuncture. You can either email or call or fax the information to us. You can also stop by our office and show us your policy.

At this point, most insurance companies in Texas do not cover acupuncture, so it is important that you find out the coverage provided by your insurance company.

Note: MediCare or MediAid does not cover acupuncture.
